David E. Reddick
David E Reddick is an author, public speaker, and public/civil servant. Reddick is a native of Anniston, Alabama. Soon after
graduating from Anniston High School, he served over six years on active duty in the US Navy. While in the Navy he specialized in aviation ordinance,
weapons systems checks and repair, and intermediate systems maintenance of the
F/A-18 hornet aircraft. While on active duty Reddick received many awards
including “The Stand-Out Warrior Award” for quick action that helped save the
lives of his co-workers and himself.
Reddick writes from his passion and experience. He uses his expertise in helping to change and evolve lives in his writings. From Children's books to self-help, there is a message in work published. He takes complicated and simplifies it into practical and useful.
Reddick Graduated from Jacksonville State University, where he studied public
relations, communication, policitcal science and music. At JSU he served as sound
engineer for the JSU Gospel Choir and the Show Choir; he also has done sound and
video editing for the JSU Drama Department. Reddick does public speaking, in
which he has spoken to groups from Alabama to California and many various venues
and subjects.
David Reddick is the former host of “Real Talk TV” and former co-host of
“Can U Relate” two cable television shows created to enable, give direction and
information to the youth and the community. Reddick is a Proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. He has also been involved in many boards
in Calhoun County, such as the “TAB” Transportation Advisory Board in which he
is the Chair, the “CAC” Citizens Advisory Council, and the Museum Board. He is
a member of “Pot of Manna” Masonic Order, the American Legion and other
philanthropic and civil organizations.
Reddick believes in the Roman Virtues in his political and personal life.
